All orders are packed in waterproof bags, by hand in our store, then shipped out UPS and insured.
Orders over $1000 will receive complimentary ground shipping unless additional postage charges are chosen and paid during checkout. We do not pay for return shipping fees.
Returns are permitted only until 30 days of receipt, and open to our discretion. Items must be unused, clean and unopened to receive a full refund. Once protective packaging is removed we will charge a 25% restocking fee deducted from the return credit.
